Lo-fi music has seen an uprise in popularity in recent years. Not only is it a trendy beat genre for emcees to rap over, but music listeners tune into Lo-fi playlists to wind down, while studying, or to help them go to sleep.
It aims to create a relaxed and groovy ambiance, often used as background music for studying or unwinding. Things that set it aside from original Lo-fi Hip Hop can be contemporary drum patterns and a mix of vintage and new school instruments.

Leafy apologizes for almost killing her when off-screen, Firey causes the now burning tree to fall on Ice Cube. The next short shows Ice Cube building a bunch of small snowmen and Match notices. Ice Cube comes back with a carrot nose only to discover her snowmen have all been taken apart by FreeSmart for a lo fi jazz music snowball fight.

Ice Cube backs away and shakes in fear at what's coming to her, but to her surprise, Blocky gives her a gift. Study Lo-Fi Pen places a Santa hat on her and all of the characters cheer before she opens her gift. Blocky pulls out Camera to take a picture as Ice Cube opens her gift, which is actually a boxing glove. The picture Blocky takes is of her shattered body.
